Rentals
The Ludington Area Center for the Arts welcomes the use of the Center by community members, businesses, and groups wishing to hold events in an artistic, cultural setting. Whether you’re planning a meeting, a banquet, a performance, or the wedding of your dreams, the Center offers the ideal space to suit your needs.
Rentals must be requested in advance by submitting the Event Request – Building Use Application Form.
All revenues generated from rentals are used to support the mission of the Ludington Area
Center for the Arts.
Performance Hall
- 750-square-foot proscenium stage
- Seats up to 300
Main Gallery
The 2,500-square-foot gallery accommodates up to 125 seated or
300 standing.
Vestibule Lounge
Accommodates up to 40 seated or 60 standing
Classrooms
- Equipped with tables, chairs, blackboards
- Small classrooms accommodate up to 20
- Large classrooms accommodate up to 40
Kitchen
- Equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ovens, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, sinks, and workspace
- Tableware available for rental
Other
- Lectern
- Projector for DVDs and PowerPoints
- Screen
- Stage lighting
- Tables and chairs
- Sound system including mic
- Audio/sound technician
Free parking is available in the lot south of the Center across Loomis Street.
